Après 4 ans d’absence, The National sortira son 7ème album studio le 8 septembre prochain via 4AD et annonce une tournée mondiale avec un passage à Paris dans le cadre du Pitchfork Festival le 2 novembre. L’album enregistré entre la Hudson Valley, Los Angeles, Paris et Berlin s’intitulera « Sleep Well Beast ».

Et bien sûr le groupe en dévoile un premier extrait : « The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness »
